CannabisDataHub provides access to data analytics, charts, downloads, and insights related to the medical cannabis market. This includes but is not limited to CSV downloads, visualizations, and market transparency tools.

Misuse or attempt to exploit the Platform in any unauthorized way;
Reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute content or data without explicit permission;
Use automated tools to extract or replicate datasets;
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on CannabisDataHub—including datasets, graphics, source code, trademarks, and structure—is the intellectual property of Qaiman UG or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without express written consent.

5. Data Usage and Restrictions
CannabisDataHub provides anonymized, evidence-based data for informational purposes only. The free data made available on the Platform may be used freely for personal, academic, or internal business analysis—but must not be sold, redistributed (whether publicly or privately), or shared as part of any publication or dataset, even if offered for free.

Any commercial use, resale, sublicensing, or integration into third-party platforms requires prior written agreement. We reserve the right to limit or revoke access at any time.

The content and data on this Platform are not intended as medical advice and must not be used for diagnosing or treating health conditions. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making decisions based on cannabis-related data.

7. Limitation of Liability
